This page displays details about a specific item. Three additional tables displays only if related items exist for the item you selected.
Item Substitutions
Displays alternate items that are available in inventory. For example, when an item is not available in inventory - is obsolete or “deleted” - an alternate item is offered in the original order's place.
Cross Sell Items
Displays one or more additional items that are typically purchased along with the original item. For example, if a “water pump” is ordered, then a “fan-belt” and “mounting screws” might be suggested as cross-sell items.
Related Items
Displays one or more additional items that either are required purchases with the original order or might be sold to the customer as add-ons or upgrades of items on the original order. For example, if a “500-liter water pump” is ordered, then a “1000-liter water pump” might be suggested as an related item.
