Field Service Agreement

This page displays field service agreement (FSA) attributes that apply to a specific machine. If a machine is covered by an FSA and a project and task are linked to the FSA, the assigned project and default task display in this page as well. FSAs are defined in Field Service Agreements in Field Service Orders in glovia G2.

Header

Machine	A number or identifier for a machine installed at a customer site. Source: Customer Machine Setup in Field Service Orders.
FSA ID	A code representing a field service agreement. Source: Field Service Agreement in Field Service Orders.
FSA Type	The type of field service agreement.
Start Date	The date a record takes effect.
End Date	The end of an effective date range.
Currency	A code representing a currency used for monetary exchange. Source: Currency Maintenance (SYCURRS) in System Tables.
Buy Location	A customer buying location. Source: Customer Buying Location Maintenance in Company Tables.
Ship Location	A customer ship-to location. Source: Customer Ship-To Location Maintenance in Company Tables.
Labor Code	A code representing the price/hour charged for labor in field service orders. Source: Labor Bill Code in Field Service Orders.

Warranty Terms

Warranty Start	The start date of the warranty.
Warranty End	The end date of the warranty.
Warranty	The description of the warranty.

Machine Project

Project	The project linked to the order. Source: Project Definition Maintenance in Project Definition. If this field service order is linked to a field service agreement using Project Task Linking in Field Service Orders in glovia G2, the project cannot be changed. Otherwise blank and can be manually changed.
Task	The task linked to the order line. Source: Project Definition Maintenance in Project Definition. If this field service order is linked to a field service agreement using Project Task Linking in Field Service Orders in glovia G2, the task defaults to the task selected for this machine in the field service agreement. Otherwise blank. Can be manually changed.
