Material

This page maintains material lines for the FSO. The paging area displays a list of items added, removed or replaced in the field service order.

Processing

Click the Item of an existing material line to maintain it.
Click the Add Site Register Material hyperlink to add a new material line.
Click the Replace Site Register Material hyperlink to replace a material line.
Click the Remove Site Register Material hyperlink to remove a material line.
Click the Delete checkbox, then the Delete FSO Line hyperlink to delete a line.
Click the Note icon, if one displays, to display line comments.
Click the Preview FSO to display all field service order lines in a field service order and complete the field service order.

Tabs

FSO Header	This page displays header attributes for a field service order.
Material	This page maintains material lines for the FSO.
Service	This page maintains service lines for a field service order.
Expense	This page displays and maintains expenses for the FSO.
Labor	This page displays and maintains labor lines for the FSO.

Paging Area

Item	A material item. Source: Engineering Workbench (EGMS).
Rev	The revision level of an item. An item is uniquely identified by its number and revision number.
Lot	The lot number for an item, if the item is lot controlled.
Serial	The serial number assigned to an item, if the item is identified as serial controlled.
Quantity	The required quantity.
UM	A code representing a unit of measure. Source: Units of Measure (SYUMS) in System Tables.
Price	The unit price of an item.
Reason	A code representing the reason for this transaction. Source: Reason (SYRSNS) in Company Tables.
Amount	The unit price times the quantity.
(Note Icon)	Displays line comments.
Delete?	If checked, selects the current record for deletion.

Hyperlinks

Add Site Register Material	This page adds a material item from the FSE location to the site register by item, quantity, and price.
Replace Site Register Material	This page replaces an item in the site register with an item from the FSE location. The replaced item is received into the FSE location.
Remove Site Register Material	This page selects an item to remove from the site register and receives it into the FSE location.
Delete FSO Line	Deletes lines in the paging area selected for deletion.
Preview FSO	This page displays all field service order lines in a field service order and completes the field service order.
